Iwate Prefecture was the scene of an “annual event”(Nenchu-Gyoji in Japan) held in Towa Town, Hanamaki City.
In April, we took a walk, ate delicious pork miso soup, and relaxed in the pleasant spring breeze. I photographed a peaceful day that made us feel vaguely that maybe this is what “ordinary happiness” is all about. (2024)
